In cooperation with the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at the Czech Technical University we are building an agent-based epidemiological model. The abmSHARE model will be able to use SHARE data as well as Eurostat data as inputs at geographic units corresponding to NUTS2 levels. The model will simulate the spread and effects of Covid-19 infection with data from the SPLASH database which contains all policy measures related to the pandemic.
